We would like to introduce the missionary staff of Bible Basics International's world headquarters. (As you can see, this page is getting long. As we add new information, it will be in the form of links to individual pages for each member of the staff. This will make the page downloads quicker and make it easier to find the information you want.) BBI's headquarters personnel not only manage the tasks that keep our other missionaries on the field and doing God's work — they are engaged in missionary activities of their own. Our U.S. staff members write, record, and produce radio programs which are broadcast in various languages around the world. They write books and tracts as well as teach seminars in churches near and far. BBI staffers serve in a variety of capacities in their local churches. All of us are grateful for the many volunteers who provide much needed part time assistance in the offices. We praise God for their wonderful servant hearts. |

Gerry & Sharon Pruden |
Gerry & Sharon Pruden Gerry and Sharon Pruden are both long-time BBI missionaries. When Gerry came on staff in 1981 Sharon had already been working in the BBI offices for some time. With his engineering background it is natural for Gerry to fill the role of technical director at BBI. Gerry has designed and built much of our equipment. But God has also gifted Gerry artistically so he also serves the Lord by designing most of the graphics used by the mission. He seems to have a hand in everything from artwork to air conditioners! His wife, Sharon, is equally busy. Sharon is BBI's accountant as well as serving as office manager. Since BBI is a tax exempt organization, fulfilling all of the requirements of the IRS and the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA) gives Sharon plenty to do. It's a good thing God has blessed her with a good eye for detail. |

Rev. Samuel & Imna Montoya Sam and Imna were both born in Colombia South America and began their missionary career in 1964 with Trans World Radio. In 1983, after 19 years with TWR, they joined Bible Basics. Sam's duties with BBI include translating English Bible study material into Spanish, producing the radio Bible study program Base Bíblica, placing it on many different radio stations, and conducting a follow-up ministry. As of this writing, the Spanish program is aired on more than 100 stations overseas and in the United States. Sam is also heard on Thru the Bible as the Spanish voice of Dr. J. Vernon McGee. In addition, he served for nineteen months as Program Director for BBI's missionary station, Radio HRGS, on the Bay Island of Roatan, Honduras, Central America, and later he served as Acting Station Manager for the station. Sam and Imna have two sons. Samuel Jr. has two children and lives in Tampa. Carlos and his wife, Lori, have six children and serve as missionaries in Siguatepeque, Honduras. |
